All services and the assistance of our multi-purpose sports ground for tennis, five-a-side football and archery are guaranteed open from 20 May to 20 September.

At the time of booking, a deposit by bank transfer or credit card is requested equal to 20% of the total amount of the booked stay. It is also possible to take out travel insurance to protect your deposit, at a fee of €10.00 per night. For the refund conditions, please consult the “cancellation policy” section.

In case of non-payment of the deposit (to be paid at the same time as the confirmation), the reservation will not be considered valid and the chalet will be offered by the structure to other guests.

On your day of arrival, you can check in from 5 p.m.

On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your chalet and check out by 10 a.m. Your chalet must be handed over with all the listed amenities. Any damage which may have been caused will be charged at check-out.

It is possible to ask for a late check-out at an extra fee (service upon request, limited availability).

The reservation will only be considered valid following our written confirmation and payment of the deposit equal to 20% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid at the same time as the confirmation.

The balance of the stay amounts 80% of the total stay and must be paid 14 days before the date of arrival.

In the case of bookings within 14 days of arrival, the total balance is required.

• In the event of cancellation or non-arrival, the deposit paid will be retained in full.
• In the event of cancellation up to the day of check-in or in the event of non-arrival following payment of the total amount of the stay, the balance of 80% of the total amount of the stay will always be returned. On the other hand, the deposit will be retained if travel insurance was not stipulated.

When you check in, you will be asked to provide a credit card as a guarantee to your chalet.

After check-out, your card details will be retained in our records for a period of 72 hours, after which they will be automatically deleted in accordance with legislation.

From 1 April, the visitor’s tax amounts to 1.50 euro per person and night. This applies for all guests from the age of 14 and only for the first week of the stay.

We kindly ask you not to make excessive noise, especially from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 11.30 p.m. to 8 a.m.
