FAQ

What time can I check in and check out?

On your day of arrival, you can check in from 5 p.m. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your chalet and check out by 10 a.m.
You can ask for a late check-out at an extra fee (service upon request, limited availability).

Can I travel with my four-legged friend?

Dogs of all sizes are welcome in all chalet categories at Natural Village Resort, which offers them special spaces and services. 

Some amenities are not available in my chalet. Whom should I inform?

If any amenities are not available in your chalet, please inform the reception.

Can I pay by credit and debit card?

Yes, payment by debit and credit card is possible throughout the resort.

How much is the visitor’s tax?

From 1 April 2023, the visitor’s tax amounts to 1.50 euro per person per night. This applies for all guests from the age of 14 and only for the first week of the stay.

Do you require a security deposit?

When you check in, you’ll be asked to provide a credit card as a guarantee against any theft or damage to your chalet.
After check-out, your card details will be retained in our records for a period of 72 hours, after which they will be automatically deleted in accordance with legislation.
