The Natural Village Resort is a seaside resort in the Marche region, overlooking the Riviera del Conero, in Porto Potenza Picena. It offers a private beach, a dog beach, a swimming pool with three basins, two restaurants, an entertainment programme, and plenty of adventures by sea, by bike, and out in nature: an all-in-one village where you can relax and have fun – with the family, with your partner, with friends, or with your dog.

The Natural Village Resort is perfect for families with children, couples, groups of friends, and four-legged guests. Thanks to the chalets in various styles, the private beach, the pool, the entertainment programme, and the many sports activities, everyone finds their own kind of holiday here.

The Natural Village Resort is open during the summer season, roughly from May to the end of September. The individual facilities have their own opening dates: the pool and beach from 15 May, the entertainment programme from 1 June, and the Natural Wellness from 1 May. These dates are subject to change.

The Natural Village Resort lies on the Riviera del Conero, at SS 16 km 331.48, Contrada Torrenova, 62018 Porto Potenza Picena, in the province of Macerata.

The Natural Village Resort is easy to reach by car, by train and by air:

• By car: along the SS 16 Adriatica state road, at km 331.48.
• By train: the nearest stations are Potenza Picena, Porto Recanati and Ancona.
• By plane: the closest airport is Falconara, near Ancona.

On request, we can arrange a transfer service to and from the stations and airport.

The transfer service is available on request at the following rates:

• Potenza Picena and Porto Recanati stations: one-way €20.00, return €30.00
• Ancona station: one-way €60.00, return €100.00
• Falconara airport: one-way €80.00, return €150.00

Yes, the Natural Village Resort offers a car hire service in partnership with Carrozzeria Torresi. For information on availability and how to book, please contact Reception.

You can book in three ways: online via the website's booking system, by sending an enquiry through the dedicated form, or by writing to reservation@no-spam.natural-village.no-spam.it or calling +39 0733 881 161.

A booking at the Natural Village Resort is only valid once you’ve received written confirmation and paid a deposit of 20% of the total amount, due at the same time as the confirmation. If the deposit isn’t paid, the booking is not considered valid and the chalet is released back to other guests.

A deposit of 20% of the cost of your stay is required at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer or credit card.

The Travel Guarantee is an optional cover that protects the amount you’ve paid, at a cost of €10.00 per night, to be taken out at the time of booking. For details on refunds, please see the cancellation conditions.

The remaining 80% of the stay is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is payable on confirmation.

The Natural Village Resort's cancellation conditions are as follows:

• In the event of cancellation or a no-show, the deposit paid is retained in full.
• In the event of cancellation up to the day of check-in itself, or a no-show after you’ve paid the full cost of the stay, 80% of the total is always refunded. The deposit is only retained if the Travel Guarantee has not been taken out.

To protect the amount you’ve paid, we recommend considering the Travel Guarantee when you book.

Check-in at the Natural Village Resort is possible from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Check-out at the Natural Village Resort must be done by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The chalet must be handed back complete with all the listed equipment; any damage found is charged at check-out.

Yes, late check-out at the Natural Village Resort is available on request and for a fee, subject to limited availability.

Throughout the Natural Village Resort you can pay by debit card and credit card.

Yes, at check-in the Natural Village Resort requires a credit card as a deposit on the chalet. After check-out, the card details remain stored in our management systems for 72 hours, after which they are automatically deleted as required by law.

As of 1 April, the tourist tax at the Natural Village Resort is €1.50 per person per night. It applies to all guests aged 14 and over and is charged only for the first week of the stay.

Bed and bath linen is included with an initial supply; for stays of more than 8 nights, one change is provided. A change of sheets is also available for a fee – €10.00 for double beds and €8.00 for single beds – along with a bath set at €10.00.
