Natural Village Resort welcomes pets and reserves special spaces and services for them. A daily supplement of €18.00 per day is required.

The entertainment, the sporting and leisure activities, as well as the teen and junior club at Natural Village Resort are running from 1 June to 10 September 2024. Get ready for a sea of fun!

Massages, facials, and body treatments for boundless relaxation: From 20 May to 20 September 2024, you can look forward to enjoying our new Natural Wellness beauty centre!

From May to September, swing by our Bike Corner, where you’ll find a small range of accessories for your bike.

All services and support on our multi-purpose tennis and five-a-side football pitch are guaranteed from 20/05 to 20/09/2024.

When booking, we kindly ask you to pay 20% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card. It’s also possible to take out a travel guarantee to insure the fee paid, at an extra cost of €10.00 per night. Please refer to the cancellation policy section to discover the conditions for a deposit refund.
In the event of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be considered invalid and the facility will have the right to resell the chalet to other guests.

On your day of arrival, you can check in from 5 p.m. 
On your day of departure, we kindly ask to vacate your chalet and check out by 10 a.m. The accommodation must be left complete with the listed equipment. Any damage will be charged upon check-out.
You can request a late check-out for a fee (service upon request, limited availability)

The reservation will only be considered valid upon written confirmation and payment of the deposit of 20% of the total amount, to be paid at the same time as the confirmation.
The balance of 80% of the stay must be paid 14 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, we require payment of the total amount of the stay.

• In case of cancellation or no-show, we will retain the deposit.
• In the event of a cancellation up to the day of check-in or in the event of a no-show, if the full price of the stay has already been paid, 80% of the total amount of the stay will be returned. However, the deposit will be retained if the travel guarantee has not been taken out.

When you check in, you will be asked to provide a credit card as a guarantee against any theft or damage to your chalet.
After check-out, your card details will be retained in our records for a period of 72 hours, after which they will be automatically deleted in accordance with legislation.

Upon request, you can also rent road bikes, gravel bikes, and kids’ bikes.

Payment by debit and credit card is possible throughout the resort. 

There is free (unattended) parking inside the resort.

Ready to splash around? Our pool with waterfalls is open from 15 May to 30 September.

Curious to see the fancy look of our Seaside restaurant & lounge bar? Get ready for a fantastic à la carte menu, a wine list that speaks of the excellence of the region, an interesting drinks menu, and perfect service.

From 1 June to 30 September, you can watch all SKY programmes and choose between 12 national and international sport, movie, and kids’ channels. 
Where? SKY is active in the Zephyr chalet, Coral chalet, Golden chalet, Silver chalet, Crystal chalet, and in the meeting space of our resort.

An open-air gym amidst green nature with eight stations and signs in two languages for fitness, yoga, meditation, mini-club events, and falconry shows.

Our private and fully equipped beach awaits you from 15 May to 30 September. Get ready to be happy and tanned.

From 1 April, the visitor’s tax amounts to 1.50 euro per person per night. This applies for all guests from the age of 14 and only for the first week of the stay.

We kindly ask you not to make noise or disturb other guests, especially from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 11.30 p.m. to 8 a.m.

All rooms and common areas are equipped with Wi-Fi (free of charge).
